India won the first one day international because of the brilliance of Yuvraj Singh. India should be dissapointed however how the other batsmen (openers) went on about their batting especially against short pitch bowling and also because of their wayward bowling. Looking at Ishant Sharma, I remember of the fast bowler of Pakistan, Mohammad Sami. I wonder, if Ishant will only remain a potential good fast bowler like Sami. Much have been hyped about Ishant but he is yet to perform consistently for India. West Indies on the other hand looked like chasing the target set by Indians but let it go with their own mistakes. Chanderpaul lost his wicket at the critical moment, otherwise we could have a different scoreline today.
Prediction: India. Because of the result of 1st one day. But WI can bounce back any time now. And against India, any team looks like a competitive team, let it be Australia or Bangladesh or even Kenya.
